Description

The Twoline Skiffia is native to the Rio Lerma and Morelia basins in Mexico. It is a livebearer inhabiting streams and springs. It prefers cool to warm, hard, slow moving water and is an omnivore feeding primarily on invertebrates along with some algae and detritus.
