Description

A haplochromine endemic to small streams and oases in Tunisia and Algeria. It is highly aggressive and requires either extreme crowding or large aquarium. It grows to 4 inches or more, and is a generalized omnivore. It's quite beautiful when in spawning color. Has not been reported in the hobby since ~2010.
